Its totally work for me. let me tell you guys, actually I am the one who totally believe that being focus is hard.but once when I am trying to be focus then I was LOST. My Personal couch told me about how to arrange our daily activities for instance to deal with our dream. He gives me a few task bout my daily activities and a hundred list of my dream that he noted.

#Again about the boss, he asks me to read a few books also. he said to me that i need to do so many think in my life without lost my passion with and focus to did that. he also introducing me to John Calvin Maxwell. Let me tell you a little bout him :D. John Maxwell was a motivator (i think so..), he teach us.. no i think teach was not enough to describing bout what does he do. He loves to share, and motivating people, he loves to see people doin something not because she/he need to do that, but because she/he do something cz they understand why they need to do that. He said that all of us are a leader. and as we know, leader need to decide, to choose and to fix some problem. so He told us bout how to make it simple. i think its totally brilliant. i love the way he think.
