Two weeks from today, I have some plan for my weight loss. so a few things above will become my friends food for two weeks later. I am trying so hard for didn't eat any rice. by saying bismillah... i'do wish i could get my proper weight.

We never realize if we always eat what we want, or mostly we eat everything without thing what was it. is it consist of vitamin, fiber or not. My suggestion is why wont u do some detoxification for your body. Trying to eat fruit and vegie for three days. it's gud to maintain your internal organ vitality.
